Caorle Music Festival

Stage design with constraints, previs, and operator-first thinking.

stage

Caorle Music Festival is a large-scale music event set on the Venetian coast, bringing together multiple artists, genres, and audiences in a high-energy festival environment. The context demanded a stage capable of handling rapid transitions, diverse visual languages, and the pressure that comes with live performances in front of a wide audience.

We designed and operated the entire stage, from technical layout to live execution. The setup was conceived to be flexible and reactive, allowing us to integrate content from each guest artist while maintaining a coherent visual identity. Previsualization helped define structure and limits, while live operation left room for controlled improvisation.

The stage became an active part of the performance rather than a static backdrop. Guest-provided content was seamlessly integrated with our own freestyle visuals, resulting in a dynamic, responsive show that adapted in real time to music, crowd energy, and artist presence.
